Addressing industry workforce requirements is the core objectives of the Global Skills Park. We work closely with the industry to assess their skill requirements and design our curriculum to bridge the gap between industry needs and the current skills offered through the vocational and technical training institutions. Our endeavor is to make our youth ready for the Indian and the global labor markets. We look for collaborate with industries in the following areas:
- Knowledge Partners for the courses offered in the GSP. Industry can help design and upgrade the curriculum offered in the GSP and collaborate with us to make our courses relevant to the industry requirements.
- Outsourced job work opportunities are being created for our trainees. This will not only help our trainees learn but will also generate revenue that can be used for student welfare and future upgradation. The GSP houses state of the art machinery, which is currently also used by industries in their establishments. We encourage our trainers to take-up job work from the industry. We invite industry to utilize the tools, equipment, trainers and the trainees for work that can be outsourced to us.
- Training of workforce for upskilling or induction can be sourced through the GSP. GSP has industry grade equipment and adequate training and mentoring staff that can be utilized by the industry to train it own staff. We also offer inputs on leadership, communication and team building, which along with the technical skills are essential for any organisation to succeed. We can design customized courses for industries which can be offered jointly as well as independently by the GSP.
- Creating placement opportunities for the youth is the ultimate objective of the GSP. We invite all credible institutions to participate in the placement drives which will be organized by GSP for the batches that are being trained by us.
